Swank Farms is buzzing with color!
Among the dusty roads and sprawling horse farms in Loxahatchee Florida, is Swank Specialty Produce. Jodi and Darren Swank meticulously tend there farm to plant, nurture and pick the most sought after hydro organic greens and herbs in south Florida. Their fresh Heirloom Beans, Oak Leaf, Green Tomatoes, Wild Arugula, and Broccoli Sprouts light up many creative menu's for the areas top chefs. Where can we get those luscious vegetables and whatever else Jodi picks that is perfectly ready for us? The West Palm Beach Green Market in downtown West Palm every Saturday through season. I love visiting Jodi and Darren on their farm. I was wandering into their gorgeous flower patch recently and found myself surrounded by THE most vibrant, colorful flowers you could imagine.
The Butterflies and bees were in heaven in this lush flower wonderland. Jodi always brings bountiful, freshly picked bouquet arrangements along with her amazing produce. So men, after you get your fresh vegetables to bring home and cook for your better half, you can rise to superstar level when she arrives home to a bouquet of Swank Specialty Produce exotic flowers in her favorite vase on the dinner table.
